Delivery Information
Standard delivery charges displayed at checkout apply to most mainland UK addresses.
Please note that while some postcodes are geographically located on the UK mainland, delivery classifications used by our transport providers are not based solely on physical location. Many carriers classify certain areas, including parts of the Scottish Highlands and other remote regions, as extended or surcharge delivery zones due to additional distance and logistics requirements.
If your postcode falls within a surcharge area designated by our delivery partners, additional carriage charges may apply. Any such charges are determined by the carrier’s postcode classification and are not based on whether the address is geographically part of mainland UK.
Where an additional delivery charge applies, we will contact you before dispatch to advise you of the cost and seek your approval before proceeding with your order.
Examples of areas where surcharges may apply include, but are not limited to:
  • Scottish Highlands
  • Remote rural locations
  • Certain extended postcode areas identified by our delivery partners

Prices and Delivery on the Marmax website are shown exclusive of VAT. UK VAT of 20% will be added to the final value of your order.

Delivery Times

When ordering, please bear the following in mind:

  • Our transport company’s standard delivery time is 2 working days
  • Our Standard Delivery is complete when your order reaches your door
  • Please provide us with as much contact information as possible (i.e. – mobile number, email address etc.)
  • Our products are heavy
  • Stocked items: 7-10 working days from date of the order
  • Non-stocked items:2-3 weeks from date of the order
  • Bespoke items: 4-6 weeks from date of the order.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BESPOKE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. 

Delivery Information

Our courier service delivers to the kerbside only. They will not take goods inside a property or remove them from the pallet.

Delivery Prices

Please see below our revised delivery pricing structure:
Delivery Charges (UK Mainland)
  • £60.00 for orders up to £500
  • £110.00 for orders between £501 – £1,000
  • £160.00 for orders between £1,001 – £1,500
  • £210.00 for orders between £1,501 – £2,000
  • Orders over £2,001 – Price on application
Additional Information:
  • Our standard pallet size is 150cm x 100cm

Installation service is available please call for further information. Price on Application. 

Standard delivery service is 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, if the customer request a AM or PM delivery then an additional charge will need to be applied.
